Beef chickpea stir fry

1x pack of lean beef strips
1x can of chick peas
1x sweet potato
3x carrots
1x onion 
1x Broccoli bunch 
1x capsican
1x pack of green beans
1x tablespoon garlic 
1x tablespoon honey
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
Brown rice optional 

Fry Garlic and onion together
Add vegetables, beef and water.
Cook on low for 20 minutes. 
Add tin of chickpeas just before you serve. You can eat as a stir fry alone or you could serve with brown rice.
