Break the Fast!

Breakfast is the first meal taken after rising from a night sleep, therefore its to 'Break the fast'. The last few weeks at training, clients have been discussing their breakfast options so I thought it was best to share mine.
Breakfast is a mean composed of traditional foods such as eggs, oatmeal and meats and can actually be served at any time of the day.
Breakfast foods can be widely spread from place to place but often include a carbohydrate such as grains or cereals, fruits or vegetables, a protein such as eggs, meat or fish and possibly a beverage such as a tea, coffee, fresh juice or smoothie.
For me it remains my most important meal of the day. I need to fuel and nourish my body to get me through my day.
Attached below are my breakfast options that I have from day to day.

Home bake Granola from wholesome and clean (Can be purchased on www.wholesomeandclean.com.au) with berries and yoghurt or Homebrand Raw Oats, yes you read right... homebrand and they cost 0.99c from your local supermarket. They are unprocessed and raw and leave me feeling fuller for longer as they are jam packed full of fibre. Last but not least, eggs with lean bacon, avocardo and tomato.
Clients who tell me they 'Don't have time for breakfast' I really do not understand. Each one of my meals listed takes less than 3 minutes to prepare and its served on your plate.
Start a new habit and have a healthy breakfast each morning. It will set up your metabolism and you will be more likely to make healthy food choices throughout the day

Love and Light, Tarryn x
