Slow cooked Lamb Shanks

Slow Cooked Lamb Shanks

4 x Lamb Shanks
2 onions
3 rashes lean bacon
1 cup tomato purée
1 tablespoon mustard
1 Teaspoon of crushed fennel seeds
1/2 cup GF Flour
3 cup water
Soy sauce 

Mushrooms optional 

Mix all ingredients together, place slow cooker on low, and your set to go- 6 hours later and it's ready!

You may wish to add more water to the mixture during the 6 hours of slow cooking. 

Salt and Pepper to taste, serve with potato or rice and Greek yoghurt! #delicious
