Ingredients:½ cup organic dark chocolate chips¼ cup unsweetened almond milk¼ cup all natural peanut butter or any nut butter1.5 cups rolled oatsPinch of sea saltDirections:Create a double boiler using a sauce pot and glass bowl.Place chocolate chips, milk, and peanut butter in the bowl and stir a few times until it has all melted together. Remove from heat and add oats and salt.Stir until the oats are completely coated in the chocolate mixture.On a tray with baking paper, use a tablespoon to drop the oat mixture into clusters.Pop in the fridge until set (at least 30 minutes). Choc Nut Oat Clusters
Came across this delicious recipe online that I had to try - you could easily replace the rolled oats with your favorite dried fruit. Divine!
