Ingredients ;
1x small chilli chopped finely seeds removed
Strip of ginger , grated
2x cloves fresh garlic , crushed
1x lemons grated rind
Lemon juice from lemon
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups water
Method ;
Combine all ingredients on stovetop . Simmer for 2-3 minutes . Add honey and lemon juice . Allow to cool before separating solids from liquids .
Sip , Relax and Rest up !!!
